Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receiving the product, and it only applies if the product is new, in a condition that allows resale, and if the consumable components and accessories are still sealed with the packaging and all packing materials. Based on this, the product can be exchanged or its value refunded within 7 days. Electrical parts and programming devices cannot be returned or exchanged. Products purchased through the website can be returned and/or exchanged via hand delivery or direct delivery. Please ensure that the returned product(s) are accompanied by the order confirmation and a copy of the delivery notice, along with all accessories and free gifts. If you received a defective product (such as it was delivered with damaged or missing parts, or with any obvious damage), it can be returned and exchanged, or you can receive a full refund upon approval. Please remember: the product(s) must be in their original packaging, unopened, with the original order confirmation, delivery notice, accessories, and free gifts. If the customer paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to their account, and a confirmation message will be sent via email. If the customer paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash. If the customer loses their invoice within fourteen days, they can request a copy from our after-sales service team or contact us, and a copy of the invoice will be sent via email.
